Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of the Radynex website and reporting platform.
Last updated: August 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Radynex Teleradiology website and platform. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
Radynex provides teleradiology reporting, cloud PACS, AI-assisted reporting tools, billing and archival services to hospitals, diagnostic centres and clinics under separate service agreements. This website provides information about those services.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Reports produced through the platform are prepared by qualified radiologists and are intended to support — not replace — the judgement of the treating clinician. Radynex does not practise medicine directly with patients and is not a substitute for in-person medical care.
3. Acceptable Use
- Use the platform only for lawful, authorised purposes.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- Submit only data you are authorised to share.
4. Intellectual Property
The website, platform, software and all related content are the property of Radynex or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability and operate a 24×7 reporting desk, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors beyond our control may affect availability.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radynex shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the website. Service-level commitments are governed by the applicable service agreement.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
